Keys & Access
In the case of pet sitting and dog walking if you are not at home, and overnight stays, we will need access to your home. Don’t worry, everyone is bonded. We require a copy of your key, or garage entry code at the conclusion of the meet and greet. Your keys will never have your address on them. They will be labeled using your pet’s name(s). We will also need your alarm code and password for the alarm company or police. This will be kept in a safe place and only given to the walker/sitter when needed.
Appointments
Advance notice is required for all services. We will try to accommodate requests with shorter notice if we have availability.
Cancellations
Once we have confirmed your booking, we will have reserved that time specifically for you and we turn down other requests for that time slot. If you cancel your walk, overnight, or pet sitting appointment with a 48-hour notice there is no fee.
Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours we charge 25% of the fee. Less than 24 hours notice, and up to six hours before we charge 50% of the fee. If there is a no show or last-minute cancellation, you will be liable for the whole amount.
Cancellation of 24-hour sitting requires 72 hours’ notice. Less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours we charge 25% of the fee. Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours we charge 50%. If there is less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee.
Pet Walking services requires 48 hours notice before cancellation
Pet Sitting services requires 48 hours notice before cancellation
Overnight Pet & House Sitting services requires 72 hours notice before cancellation
24-Hour Pet & House Sitting services requires 7 days notice before cancellation
Payment
All services are paid for in advance. We accept Venmo, cash, and checks as payment options.
If you feel like it, you may tip your walker/sitter for a job well done.
